How To Add A
Picture To Word Processing
- Open your Word Processing document.
- Access your disk by clicking Start then My Computer then Floppy A.
- Double click to open your picture.
- Right click the picture and choose the Edit
- At the top, in the menu option, choose Edit and click on Select All
- Choose Edit again and click on Copy
- At the bottom of your screen click on the Word Processing document to change screens.
- Click on the area in the document where you want the picture.
- Choose Edit and click on Paste.
- Your picture will appear.
- If the picture is too large, click on the picture and a very small box will appear in the corner of the picture.
- Place the cursor over the small box until you see a double ended arrow.
- Click on the arrow and hold your finger down.
- Now drag the cursor into the picture. When you release your finger from the mouse, the picture will appear smaller.
- If you are happy with your picture, click File and Save As
- Next to File Name, type A:
- Click Enter
- Next to File Name, type a name for your document.
- Click Save to save to your 3 ½ Floppy (A:) disk.
